Section 2000.4030 - Renewal of Leases

a) Leases may be renewed if:
1) The CPO determines in writing
that such renewal is in the best interest of the State.
2) A Notice of renewal must be published in
the Bulletin at least 60 days prior to the exercise of that option to renew a
lease when required by a formal procurement.
b) Documentation justifying renewals will be maintained in Secretary of State lease files.
