AUTHORITY: Implementing the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 ( 42 USC 12101 et seq., and section 35.107 of the Title II regulations ( 28 CFR 35.107 )) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended ( Pub.
