a) The Secretary, in their sole discretion, may charge the following fees for any record search or copying performed by the Secretary:
1) Reproduction costs incurred in making
copies of documents, including photocopies or converting physical documents
into electronic or digital format, shall be reimbursed at $0.25 per page.
2) All other costs incurred in searching for
and transporting data pursuant to a request for records shall be reimbursed at
actual costs.
b) The Secretary may require a requester to remit payment prior to providing the requested record.
