Section 726.122 - Standards Applicable to Storers, Who Are Not the Ultimate Users, of Materials that Are To Be Used in a manner that Constitutes Disposal

An owner or operator of a facility that stores a recyclable material that is to be used in a manner that constitutes disposal, but which is not the ultimate user of the material, is regulated under all applicable provisions of Subparts A through L of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724, 725, and 727; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 702, 703, and 705; and the notification requirement under section 3010 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
