Subpart D - LISTS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE
Section 721.130 - General

a) A solid waste is a hazardous waste if it is listed in this Subpart D, unless it has been excluded from this list pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 720.120 and 720.122.

b) The basis for listing the classes or types of wastes listed in this Subpart D is indicated by employing one or more of the following hazard codes:

2) Appendix G identifies the constituent that caused the Administrator to list the waste as a toxicity characteristic waste (E) or toxic waste (T) in Sections 721.131 and 721.132.

c) Each hazardous waste listed in this Subpart D is assigned a USEPA hazardous waste number that precedes the name of the waste. This number must be used in complying with the federal notification requirements of section 3010 of RCRA ( 42 USC 6930) and certain recordkeeping and reporting requirements under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 702, 703, and 722 through 725, 727, and 728.

d) The following hazardous wastes listed in Section 721.131 or 721.132 are subject to the exclusion limits for acute hazardous wastes established in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.114: hazardous wastes numbers F020, F021, F022, F023, F026, and F027.
