Section 681.850 - Contested Renewal, Restoration and Training Determinations

a) Any water supply operator who disagrees with the Agency's decision regarding renewal or restoration may seek review of the Agency's decision, as provided in Section 681.515 of this Part.

b) Operators, training providers, and training sponsors may contest Agency determinations regarding denial of training credit, and determinations regarding the amount of training credit to be awarded for a specific training event. Individuals contesting an Agency determination must provide the Agency with a written request for an Advisory Board review within 30 days after the Agency's determination. The written request shall state the name and address of the individual, the Agency determination being contested, and all information to support the individual's position. The Advisory Board shall review the Agency determination and shall recommend to the Agency reconsideration or confirmation of the Agency's decision. The Agency shall consider the Advisory Board's recommendation and notify the individual of the Agency's final decision within 45 days of the receipt after the Advisory Board's recommendation.
