Section 380.335 - Duties

a) The duties of the Board of Certification members shall be:
1) To solicit the opinions and comments of
those persons they represent on matters pertaining to certification and to
report them to the Agency and to the Board;
2) To provide advice to the Agency regarding
certification policy;
3) To report
Board of Certification activities and decisions to those they represent;
and
4) To attend Board of
Certification meetings.
b) The Board shall also make recommendations to the Agency on any sanction proceeding for which a hearing is held.
c) The Board shall make recommendations to the Agency for changes in these procedures and shall comment on changes proposed by the Agency.
