Section 310.431 - Duration of Permits

No pretreatment permit may have a duration longer than five years. In establishing earlier expiration dates, the Agency must consider the following:

a) Coordination with future compliance deadlines;

b) Maintenance of intensive control over new or experimental processes; and

c) Whether the permit addresses an emergency situation.
