Section 303.502 - Lake Sangchris Thermal Discharges

The thermal discharge to Lake Sangchris must meet the following standards and conditions: The effluent temperature must not exceed 37 °C (99 °F) during more than 7% of the hours in the 12-month period ending with any month and must not exceed 44 °C (111 °F).
