Section 303.442 - Waters Not Designated for Public Water Supply

The following waters are not required to meet the public and food processing water supply standards of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 302.Subpart C, even where designated as general use waters:

a) The Chicago River

b) The Little Calumet River.
