All regulations promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Section 111 of the Clean Air Act ( 42 USC 7411 as amended...relating to standards of performance for new stationary sources (NSPS)...are applicable, without formal adoption by the Board, in this State and are enforceable under (the Environmental Protection Act). (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 111½, par. 1009.1(b) ).
