Section 211.790 - Bulk Gasoline Plant

a) "Bulk gasoline plant" means, for purposes of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 215, any gasoline storage and distribution source that receives gasoline from bulk gasoline terminals by delivery vessels and distributes gasoline to gasoline dispensing operations.

b) "Bulk gasoline plant" means, for purposes of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 218 and 219, a gasoline storage and distribution source with an average throughput of 76,000 1 (20,000 gal) or less on a 30-day rolling average that distributes gasoline to gasoline dispensing operations.
