Section 211.6720 - Touch-Up Coating

"Touch-up coating" means:
a) Except as used in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 218.204(q), 219.204(q), and 219.204(r), a coating applied by brush or hand held, non-refillable aerosol cans to repair minor surface damage and imperfections;
b) For purposes of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 218.204(q), 219.204(q), and 219.204(r), a coating used to cover minor coating imperfections appearing after the main coating operation.
