Section 186.230 - On-site Assessment and Proficiency Testing Laboratory Expenses

a) Out-of-state laboratories shall pay all costs for Agency employees or designees to conduct on-site assessments. This includes the following:
1) Round trip transportation costs, by
airplane, train, or automobile, from the Agency's home office to the
laboratory. These transportation costs include gas mileage if using the
Agency's Division of Laboratories' vehicle or assessor's personal
vehicle;
2) Lodging;
3) Car rental, as applicable; and
4) Per diem.
b) The laboratory shall pay all costs relating to proficiency testing.
