Section 101.1040 - Filing Fees

a) Filing fees are specified in Section 101.302(e). The Clerk's Office imposes no additional fee to file a document electronically.
b) A person seeking to file an electronic document that requires a filing fee must either:
1) Pay the fee with a valid credit card
through COOL when the document is uploaded on COOL; or
2) Deliver payment to the Clerk's Office in
the form of government voucher, money order, or check made payable to the
Illinois Pollution Control Board.
