Section 101.604 - Formal Board Transcript

All Board hearings will be transcribed by a certified court reporter in compliance with Section 32 of the Act or other applicable law. Any party or witness may file a motion with the hearing officer to correct the transcript within 21 days after the Board receives the transcript. If a party or witness fails to timely file a motion to correct the transcript, the party or witness waives the right to correct, unless material prejudice would result.
