Section 609.60 - Standards for Issuance of Transaction Reference Number

a) Based upon transmitted information required by Section 609.50, the Agency shall issue a Transaction Reference Number upon determining that the:
1) Applicant has complied with the
requirements of this Part;
2)
Activity undertaken is not prohibited by any provision of the Compact, the
Radioactive Waste Compact Enforcement Act or this Part;
3) Activity has received approval from the
Commission, if so required under the provisions of the Compact; and
4) Information reporting requirements of this
Part have been met.
b) The Agency shall issue the Transaction Reference Number to the shipper within 7 days after the receipt of information.
