Section 452.10 - Pupils

a) Pupils shall be admitted without regard to race, national origin, sex, or handicapping condition.

b) Pupils shall be admitted on a tuition-free basis.

c) Pupils shall be afforded equal access to the courses of instruction that are offered.

d) The provisions of the Illinois School Student Records Act [105 ILCS 10 ] and of the State Board of Education's rules for Student Records (23 Ill. Adm. Code 375) shall apply.

e) Pupils shall comply with Section 27-8.1 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/27-8.1] regarding health examinations and immunizations. The requirements contained in the State Board of Education's rules for Health Examinations and Immunizations (23 Ill. Adm. Code 625) shall apply.

f) Pupils shall be in attendance during the time the laboratory school is in session unless an excused absence is granted.
