Section 2772.510 - Applicant Qualifications

An applicant who meets the following qualifications is eligible for an equal opportunity scholarship:

a) is a resident of Illinois (i.e., maintains a permanent home in Illinois);

b) is a female or minority group member (i.e., is Black, Hispanic, Asian American, American Indian, or Alaskan Native); and

c) is enrolled in an approved program in educational administration in a recognized Illinois teacher education institution.
