The Joint Committee on Administrative Rules hereby certifies that, pursuant to Section 5-125 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, at its meeting on (meeting date), has withdrawn the suspension of rules entitled (Heading of the Part, Code Citation), proposed by the (agency name).
