In the action statement for this Notice, the words NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC REPEAL OF PEREMPTORY RULES shall be used if the material is a complete new Part and the words NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC REPEAL OF PEREMPTORY AMENDMENTS shall be used if the material is an amendment to a Part (new Sections).
