When a member is included in the active member pool but terminates prior to the transfer of allocations, the allocation will be made to the member's individual account if the member has not withdrawn contributions from the Base account prior to the date of transfer of the allocation. No member who has withdrawn contributions from the Base account prior to the transfer of the allocation is eligible to receive an allocation. (3-31-22)
