Notwithstanding Sections 525 and 526 of this subchapter, the retirement allowances of firefighter members, as defined by Section 59-1391(b), Idaho Code, shall be determined pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 14, Title 72, Idaho Code. (3-31-22)
