All the provisions of this subchapter, except Sections 375, 376, 406, 426, 427, 451 and 452, apply also to applications for disability retirement under the FRF plan to the extent they do not conflict with the provisions of Title 72, Chapter 14, Idaho Code. (3-31-22)
