PERSI may, by contract or otherwise, delegate all or part of these processes to third parties. Where such delegation has been made, the term "PERSI" includes those third parties. When a member requests the resumption of a disability retirement allowance pursuant to Section 59-1354A, Idaho Code, the board may delegate its authority under Section 59-1354A, Idaho Code, to a third party. Where such delegation has been made, the term "Board" includes those third parties. (3-31-22)
