Section 59.01.01.111 - TEACHER WORKING HALF-TIME OR MORE

For the purposes of Section 59-1302(14)(A)(a), Idaho Code, a teacher is considered to be working half-time or more if the teacher's contract specifies that the engagement is half or more of a full contract. Teachers and all other school employees not employed under such a contractual arrangement shall be required to meet the requirement of normally working twenty (20) hours or more per week. (3-31-22)
