01. Title. These rules will be known and cited as Rules of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, IDAPA 58.01.22, "Rules for Administration of Planning Grants for Drinking Water and Wastewater Facilities." (3-31-22)
02. Scope. The provisions of these rules will establish administrative procedures and requirements for establishing, implementing and administering a state grant program providing financial assistance to qualifying entities to prepare a drinking water or wastewater facility planning document. (3-31-22)
