Subsurface sewage or wastewater disposal facilities must be designed and located so that pollutants cannot be reasonably expected to enter water of the state in concentrations resulting in injury to beneficial uses. See also IDAPA 58.01.03, "Individual/Subsurface Sewage Disposal Rules." (3-31-22)
