Section 58.01.01.510 - STACK HEIGHTS AND DISPERSION TECHNIQUES

Sections 510 through 514 establish criteria for good engineering practice for stack heights and dispersion techniques and apply to existing, new, and modified stationary sources and facilities. Sections 510 through 514 do not apply to stack heights in existence, or dispersion techniques implemented, on or before December 31, 1970, except where regulated or toxic air pollutant(s) are being emitted from such stacks or using such dispersion techniques by sources that were constructed, or reconstructed, or for which major modifications were carried out, after December 31, 1970. Definitions for Section 510 through 514 are found in 40 CFR 51.100 incorporated by reference in Section 107. (3-28-23)
