01. Notice of Victim Rights. The Commission will advise victims of their constitutional and statutory rights at Parole Commission proceedings. The Commission will exercise all due diligence to notify victims of their rights. (3-23-22)
02. Testimony. The victim is invited to attend all hearings, except executive sessions, pertinent to the case and to provide testimony. Testimony may be provided verbally in the hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. (3-23-22)
