Section 39.04.01.105 - TRANSFER OF TITLE OR INTEREST IN AIRCRAFT

01. Previous Owner Responsibility. The owner of an aircraft registered by the Division under Section 21-114, Idaho Code, who transfers or assigns his title or interest in such aircraft, shall: (3-31-22)
a. Within 15 days, notify the Division in
writing of such transfer or assignment; and (3-31-22)
b. Furnish the Division with the name and
address of the person to whom such transfer or assignment was made; and

c. Remove or obliterate
the decal so as to indicate its cancellation prior to delivery of the aircraft
to the transferee or assignee; and (3-31-22)
d. Request the Division to cancel the
registration. (3-31-22)
02. New Owner Responsibility. The new owner, if a resident of Idaho or a non-resident qualifying under Section 100 of this rule, shall register the aircraft with the Division. (3-31-22)
