These rules incorporate the current Federal Aviation Regulations, 14 CFR Parts 1-191, where they are not inconsistent with existing rules or regulations that may, from time to time, be adopted by the Idaho Transportation Board. Copies of Federal Aviation Regulations, 14 CFR parts 1-191, may be obtained from the Superintendent of Documents, U. S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402 or electronically at the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations, at https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/ECFR?page=browse. This rule also incorporates the Idaho Airport Aid Program, Implementation Manual (3rd Edition, September 2019), and the Department's Aerial Search and Rescue Manual. (3-31-22)
