Section 39.02.22.502 - REQUIREMENTS FOR REINSTATEMENT OF REVOKED OR SUSPENDED VEHICLE REGISTRATION

01. Revocation. In the case of a revocation, a registrant must pay all fees due and a forty dollar ($40) reinstatement fee to be reinstated and must also re-register to resume operating. (3-28-23)
02. Suspension. In the case of a suspension all fees, reports, and records required prior to the suspension must be provided to the department, including a forty dollar ($40) reinstatement fee. (3-28-23)
