01. Late Fee Payable. A late fee shall be payable when a claim is filed after the date set forth in the first commencement notice mailed to the claimant or the claimant's predecessor in interest pursuant to Sections 42-1414(3), Idaho Code. (3-18-22)
02. Waiver. The late fee may be waived by the director for good cause shown. (3-18-22)
