Section 36.01.01.125 - CONFIDENTIALITY - PROTECTIVE ORDERS

The decisions and official records in appeals before the Board are public records and are subject to disclosure unless otherwise provided by Title 74, Chapter 1, Idaho Code, or when a protective order, consistent with Title 74, Chapter 1, Idaho Code, is issued. A party may file a motion for a protective order showing good cause why specific information should remain confidential. The motion must include an affidavit as to the truthfulness of the contents. If another party opposes the request, that party must file a written objection within ten (10) days. (4-6-23)
