01. Public Hearings. Hearings conducted by the Board are open to the public except where confidential evidence is being taken under a protective order. (4-6-23)
02. Closed Deliberations. The Board may recess to closed deliberations for the limited purpose of deciding the matter before it. (4-6-23)
