The reports prescribed for telephone corporations offering intrastate MTS or WATS services (including those that are also LECs) by this rule and by Rule 202 must include the following information for the calendar year preceding the year in which the report is due: (3-31-22)
01. Total Intrastate MTS Minutes and Revenues. (3-31-22)
02. Total Intrastate WATS Minutes and Revenues. (3-31-22)
