01. Incorporation by Reference. The Department of Commerce adopts and incorporates by reference the CDBG Procedures Guide, CDBG Application Handbook, the CDBG Grant Manual, 24 CFR Part 570, and the most current Annual Action Plan as rules for the administration of the Idaho Community Development Block Grant. 02. Purpose. The rules incorporated by reference in (01) relate to the scope and procedures for the implementation of the Idaho Community Development Block Grant Program. (3-31-22)
