These rules set forth procedures concerning the issuance of temporary permits on all lands owned by the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation. Requests for permits on lands administered, but not owned by IDPR must be made directly to the land owner. These rules are promulgated pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-4223(a) and are construed in a manner consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the Idaho Parks and Recreation Board as set forth in Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 42. These rules are not be construed as affecting any valid existing rights. (3-18-22)
