Rule 24.18.01 - RULES OF THE REAL ESTATE APPRAISER BOARD
Section 24.18.01.200 - APPLICATION

01. Appraiser License Application. Any person desiring to apply for licensure must submit a completed application with required supporting documents and appropriate fees to the Division at its official address. After the qualifications have been reviewed, verified and approved by the Board, the applicant will receive the preapproved examination card and must submit the appropriate fees to the examining entity. 02. Eligibility for Examination. The qualified applicant will be sent notification on how to register for the examination subsequent to the determination of eligibility based on documentation that the applicant has met the required education and experience requirements. (3-28-23)

03. Trainee Registration Application. Any person desiring registration as a trainee must submit a completed application with required supporting documents and appropriate fees to the Division at its official address. (3-28-23)

04. AMC Registration Application. Any person or organization desiring registration as an AMC must submit a completed application with required supporting documents and appropriate fees to the Division at its official address. (3-28-23)
