Section 24.05.01.350 - REQUIREMENTS FOR A WASTEWATER LAND APPLICATION LICENSE

To qualify for a Wastewater Land Application license, an operator must meet the following requirements: (3-28-23)

01. Education. Possess a high school diploma or GED: and (3-28-23)

02. Experience. Document a minimum six (6) months of on-site operating experience at a wastewater land application system; and (3-28-23)

03. Examination. Pass the relevant Wastewater Land Application examination; and (3-28-23)

04. Other. Possess a wastewater Class I or higher operation license. The wastewater land application operator that is a responsible charge or substitute responsible charge operator must be licensed at the type and class equal to or greater than the classification of the wastewater system. (3-28-23)
