Section 24.05.01.345 - REQUIREMENTS FOR A LAGOON OPERATOR LICENSE

To qualify for a lagoon license, an operator must meet the following requirements; (3-28-23)
01. Education. Possess a high school diploma or GED; and (3-28-23)
02. Experience. Document twelve (12) consecutive months of acceptable on-site operating experience at a Lagoon system; and (3-28-23)
03. Examination. Pass the relevant Lagoon examination. (3-28-23)
