An architect's seal may be placed on all technical submissions prepared personally by the architect or prepared under the architect's responsible control or as otherwise allowed under the provisions of Section 54-304, Idaho Code. Nothing in this rule limits an architect's responsibility to the owner for the work of other licensed professionals to the extent established by contract between the owner and architect. (3-28-23)
