01. Firm Names. Firm names incorporating the use of names of unlicensed individuals are considered in violation of Section 54-315, Idaho Code. A firm may continue to utilize the name of a retired or deceased formerly licensed architect so long as their unlicensed status is clearly disclosed. (3-28-23)
