Section 20.03.03.020 - FEDERAL AGENCY NON-ACCEPTANCE OF RECLAMATION FUND

If a federal agency will not accept an operator's participation in the Reclamation Fund as proof of reclamation security, the operator will be required to provide the Department with proof of other types of financial assurance acceptable to the Department. (3-18-22)
