Section 20.03.01.070 - COMPLIANCE OF EXISTING PLANS WITH THESE RULES

These rules, upon their adoption, apply as appropriate to all existing placer or dredge mining operations, but will not affect the validity or modify the duties, terms, or conditions of any existing approved placer or dredge mining permits or impose any additional obligations with respect to reclamation upon any Permittee conducting placer or dredge mining operations pursuant to a placer or dredge mining permit approved prior to adoption of these rules. (3-18-22)
