Section 20.03.01.025 - AMENDING AN APPROVED PERMIT

01. Application to Amendment. If circumstances arise that require significant change in the reclamation plan, method of operation, increase in acreage, or other details associated with an approved permit, the Permittee will submit an application on a department form or exact copy to amend the permit. Application fees are to be submitted with amended applications pursuant to Subsection 021.02.g. (3-18-22)
02. Processing. An application to amend a permit will be processed in accord with Section 022. (3-18-22)
