Section 20.01.01.003 - FILING OF DOCUMENTS - NUMBER OF COPIES

01. Where to File. In general, all documents in contested cases may be filed with the Board Secretary/ Department of Lands Director at the address set forth at www.idl.idaho.gov if no other officer is designated for the particular proceeding. When a specific officer is designated to receive documents in a particular proceeding, documents may be filed with the designated officer as set forth in the order appointing a hearing officer. 02. Number of Copies. An original and five (5) legible copies of all documents shall be filed with the Board in all contested cases wherein a hearing officer has not been appointed by the Board. If a hearing officer has been appointed to hear a contested case, then one (1) original and one (1) legible copy of all documents shall be filed with the hearing officer. (3-31-22)
