Rule 18.04.10 - MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT INSURANCE STANDARDS
Section 18.04.10.001 - SCOPE

a. Except as specifically provided in Sections 046, 051, 066, and 077, this chapter applies to: (3-31-22)
i. All Medicare supplement policies
delivered or issued for delivery in this state; and (3-31-22)
ii. All certificates issued under group
Medicare supplement policies, which certificates have been delivered or issued
for delivery in this state. (3-31-22)
b. This chapter does not apply to a policy or contract of one (1) or more employers or labor organizations, or of the trustees of a fund established by one (1) or more employers or labor organizations, or combination thereof, for employees or former employees, or a combination thereof, or for members or former members, or a combination thereof, of the labor organization. (3-31-22)
