01. Title. IDAPA 18.01.01, "Rule to Implement the Privacy of Consumer Financial Information." (3-31-22)

02. Scope. This rule describes the conditions under which a licensee may disclose nonpublic personal financial information about individuals to affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties and provides methods for individuals to prevent a licensee from disclosing that information. (3-31-22)

03. Applicability. This rule applies to nonpublic personal financial information about individuals who obtain or are beneficiaries of products or services primarily for personal, family, or household purposes from licensees. This rule does not apply to information about companies or individuals who obtain products or services for business, commercial, or agricultural purposes. (3-31-22)
